Ahh, o conforto das calças de fato de treino. Bem sei, nem todas as pessoas acham piada, mas é daquelas tendências que para mim já era tendência antes, e que aceito de muito bom agrado. Adoro ver esta peça conjugada com peças mais formais ou, como eu faço frequentemente, com peças igualmente confortáveis, para enfrentar o confinamento o mais confortável possível. Neste dia fotografei dois sweatpant/joggers looks distintos, mas muito quentinhos para enfrentar o inverno que chegou em força.
Ahh, the comfort of sweatpants. I know, not all people find it cool, but it is one of those trends that for me was already a trend, and that I accept with great pleasure. I love to see this piece combined with more formal pieces or, as I often do, with equally comfortable pieces, to face this confinement as comfortable as possible. On this day I photographed two different sweatpant/jogger looks, but very warm to face the winter that has arrived.
Grey High Waisted Joggers / Femme Luxe*
O primeiro outfit é o mais fofinho e meio pijama (provavelmente pelas cores 😆). Conjuguei estas calças quentinhas cinzentas (são da Femme Luxe) com um cardigan rosa e lindo de morrer que encontrei em casa dos meus avós, com um gorro just as cute, também rosinha. // The first outfit is the cutest and remind me of pajamas (probably due to the colors). I combined these warm gray fleece pants (they are from Femme Luxe) with a pink cardigan that I found at my grandparents' house and with a just as cute hat, also pink.
Conjugar casacos de malha com calças de fato de treino? YES!
E porque não? Os casaquinhos de malha estão em todo o lado - mais uma tendência do momento. Não me considero ser o género de pessoa que segue tendências à risca, mas o certo é que quando se trata de peças confortáveis, estou totalmente na minha vibe. Adoro malhas, ainda mais quando são peças tão bonitas e delicadas como esta - vintage e em perfeito estado, por mais tempo que passe.
Cardigans are everywhere - another trend of the moment. I don't consider myself to be the kind of person who follows strict trends, but the truth is that when it comes to comfortable pieces, I'm totally in my vibe. I love knits, especially when they are as beautiful and delicate as this one - vintage and in perfect condition, no matter how much time it has gone through.
Dark green Cuffed Joggers / Femme Luxe*
No segundo look arrisquei em tons mais escuros, com estas calças de fato de treino em tons de verde-escuro. Juntei-lhe uma cropped sweatshirt e um casaquinho polar e voilá. Oh, e um gorro! É a minha peça favorita para os dias mais frios.
Em ambos os looks estou a usar peças thrifted. O depop é o meu maior aliado nesse aspeto - comprei por lá este gorro da Carhartt, bem como as minhas babies Vans Sk8 Hi, que durante tanto tempo evitei comprar por terem leather. Isto pode ser um pouco contraditório, mas comprar em segunda mão não tem nem metade do impacto que tem comprar diretamente às marcas.
Beanie season is my favorite season.
In the second sweatpant/joggers outfit I took a chance with darker shades, with these dark green joggers. I added a cropped sweatshirt and a fleece jacket. Oh, and a beanie! It is my favorite piece for the coldest days.
In both looks I'm wearing thrifted pieces. Depop is my biggest ally when it comes to buying in second hand - I bought this Carhartt beanie there, as well as my Vans Sk8 Hi babies, which for so long I avoided buying because they have leather. This may be a little contradictory since I bought them anyways, but buying second-hand does not have half the impact when we buy directly from brands.
Não compro peças com pele, a não ser que seja pele utilizada como resultado do desperdício da indústria da carne (como as minhas Wayz) e, convenhamos, com um pouco de pesquisa percebemos que isso está longe de ser o caso do calçado comum. Por isso, quando vi estas Vans no depop à venda por um preço maravilhoso e aparentemente quase novas (confirmo), comprei. Estou feliz com a minha compra, e recomendo muito procurarem sempre em segunda mão, antes de decidirem de imediato comprar novo.
I don't buy pieces with leather, unless it is leather used as a result of the waste of the meat industry (like my Wayz) and, let's face it, with a little research we can easily realize that this is far from the case of most shoes and brands. So, when I saw this pair of Vans on depop for sale at a wonderful price and apparently almost new (I confirm), I bought them. I am happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend always looking for thrifted pieces, before immediately deciding to buy a new one.
Este passeio/sessão fotográfica foi também um dos poucos que fiz nos últimos tempos, para espairecer quanto ao confinamento. Afinal, as idas ao supermercado não contam, e respirar este ar da floresta fez-me lembrar do quão aprecio estes passeios (apesar de eu ser, definitivamente, uma pessoa muito caseira). Até tive direito a conviver com o cãozinho adorável que podem ver na última foto. 😊 Como estão a lidar com o confinamento?
This walk/photo session was also one of the few times that I went out recently, to clear up the head. After all, trips to the supermarket do not count, and breathing this forest air reminded me of how much I appreciate these walks (despite being definitely a very stay home person). I even got some cuddles from the adorable dog that you can see in the last photo. How are you dealing with the confinement?
